Watch · Listen · New every week
We Need To Talk.
The conversations we avoid are often the ones we need most. I sit down with people whose stories can change how we see ourselves—and one another.
The podcast
More room for the real conversation.
Each week, I sit down with artists, experts, leaders and people with stories worth hearing. We talk about relationships, identity, culture, ambition, difficulty and the moments that change us.
The point is not to flatten a life into a soundbite. It is to listen closely, ask what matters and create enough room for honesty and complexity.

Why I make it
Conversation can change the way we relate.
We Need To Talk is one part of my wider work on relational health. A good conversation cannot solve everything, but it can help us notice more, understand another person better and find language for something we have struggled to name.
That is why the show sits alongside my books, television work and the practical tools I’m building: different formats, one human question—how do we relate better to ourselves and to one another?

Notes from Paul
Keep the conversation going between episodes.
Each week I send one honest, useful note on relationships, culture, work and life—plus first looks at what my team and I are building.
