I am an American-born relationship expert, entrepreneur, and television host. Now based in London, I currently work as co-host of Celebs Go Dating and Married At First Sight UK, relationship consult on Lorraine, and I serve as the Head of Global Research at Tinder.

I have worked with major media outlets such as Good Morning America, The New York Times, The Guardian, USA Today and Sunday Brunch. Plus I’ve been named the world's most influential matchmaker by the Matchmaking Institute.

The heart of my work is centred on impacting lives through the application of relationship science and mentorship. Developing a new generation of servant-leaders with a desire to change the world is my passion.

I am also the founder and chair of Give Love, Build Hope – a non-profit organization dedicated to transforming schools in rural areas of the Caribbean. A proud second-generation son of Jamaica, my greatest achievements are in my roles as husband and father.

In 2024, I released my long-awaited book Find Love — a tool kit providing vital advice for navigating and securing real connections. This book is chock-full of advice, skills, and simple tools needed to make an informed decision on how to simultaneously love yourself and find the right partner. It also includes the groundbreaking Long-Term Relationship Satisfaction Scale (LRSS) which I developed with a top psychologist.

When I’m not serving the world, I’m serving my family – likely with a Red Stripe in one hand and a good book in the other.
