I’m Paul C. Brunson, a broadcaster, author, entrepreneur and relationship expert. I’m American, based in London, and my work takes me across the UK, US and internationally. For more than a decade, I’ve helped people make sense of the relationships that shape their lives.

Television brings that work into people’s homes. You may know me from Married at First Sight in the UK and US, Celebs Go Dating or Cheat: Unfinished Business. In Paul C. Brunson: Red Flag, survivors take me inside relationships shaped by manipulation, coercion and control. Their lived experience is at the centre of the series.

On We Need To Talk, there is room for a longer conversation. Artists, experts and people with very different lives share the experiences behind the public story. My job is to listen, ask the next question and give that story space.

The books give you something to return to at your own pace. Find Love explores choosing a partner. Keep Love focuses on sustaining a relationship. The forthcoming We Need to Talk turns to listening, presence and deeper connection.

As an entrepreneur, I take those interests into practical tools, original stories and community work through My Relational Health, SOAR Productions, SlateRoom and Amber Rising at Sutton United. Each asks something different of me: build, create, test, or bring people together.

My perspective is shaped by family, Jamaican heritage and life across the United States and United Kingdom. At home, I’m a husband, father and proud dog dad to Peter-Gabriel. Those relationships are part of this story, too.
