About Paul
Broadcaster. Author. Entrepreneur.
I help people feel seen—and build healthier relationships—through honest conversations, culture-shaping stories, useful books and practical tools.
I’m Paul C. Brunson, a broadcaster, author and entrepreneur based in London and working across the United Kingdom, United States and internationally. For more than a decade, I’ve helped people understand the relationships that shape their lives.
You may know me from Married at First Sight UK, Married at First Sight US, Celebs Go Dating, Cheat: Unfinished Business, Paul C. Brunson: Red Flag or my podcast, We Need To Talk. My books include Find Love, Keep Love and the forthcoming We Need to Talk.
Beyond the screen and page, I build ventures that turn insight into action: My Relational Health, SOAR Productions, SlateRoom and the Amber Rising community initiative at Sutton United.
“Paul is so much more than a matchmaker.” — Oprah Winfrey
My point of view is shaped by family, Jamaican heritage, entrepreneurship and a life lived across the United States and United Kingdom. At home, I’m a husband, father and proud dog dad to Peter-Gabriel.
The through-line is relational health: the quality of the connections we build and our ability to create, sustain and repair them. I believe healthier relationships can change families, workplaces and communities.
