Ideas that turn insight into action.
My ventures take the conversation beyond the screen—into practical tools, original stories, audience intelligence and community belonging.
Practical tools
My Relational Health.
Understanding a relationship pattern is easier when you have somewhere to begin. With My Relational Health, I’m building a home for educational tools, reflection and practical next steps.
- My role
- Building the platform and its relationship-focused work.
- Current stage
- A reflective assessment is available through the public site.
The work turns the larger idea of relational health into accessible education, reflection and practical tools. It is not diagnosis, treatment or crisis support.
Original stories
SOAR Productions.
SOAR develops scripted and unscripted stories about human connection. As founder and CEO, I work with the team to bring those stories from the first idea to the screen.
- My role
- Founder and CEO.
- Current work
- Paul C. Brunson: Red Flag, produced by FirstLookTV in association with SOAR for U and U&W.
The focus is culture-shaping work about relationships, identity and belonging—stories that can hold attention and deepen how we understand one another.
Audience intelligence
SlateRoom.
Creative and release teams need a clearer view of the audiences they are trying to reach. I’m building SlateRoom to turn audience signals into useful creative, marketing and growth decisions.
- My role
- Building the venture and its audience intelligence work.
- Current stage
- Public early access, with role reads available through SlateRoom.
The idea is straightforward: meaningful human stories connect more deeply when teams can listen to audience signals and make better-informed choices.
Community belonging
Amber Rising.
Football can create belonging, but people need to feel invited in. As a co-owner of Sutton United, I lead Amber Rising, widening the welcome around the club and matchday.
- My role
- Sutton United co-owner and initiative lead.
- Current stage
- A community initiative at Sutton United, building on Amber Army 100.
Sutton United reported in September 2025 that the initiative had welcomed hundreds of first-time fans through the gates in its first season. Explore that story and follow the club for current community and matchday updates.
The through-line
Different work. One human question.
How do we help people relate better—to themselves and to one another?
My Relational Health creates practical tools. SOAR creates stories. SlateRoom creates intelligence. Amber Rising creates a real-world expression of belonging. Alongside We Need To Talk, my books and television work, each has a distinct job inside the wider movement.
