Bedtime Affirmation for Calmness

Affirmations are positive statements that you should say to yourself daily. They help you to feel motivated and reshape your limiting beliefs. Many people, including myself, attribute affirmations as being key to reaching new heights professionally and personally. Simply put, when said consistently, affirmations help you become better! These affirmations in particular, will help inspire you as you drift off to sleep. This is ESPECIALLY helpful if you’re feeling stressed or have anxiety before bedtime.

Be sure to take our affirmation challenge (30 consecutive days of daily and nightly affirmations). I’ve included 10 differently themed affirmations to use during the challenge. All of our guided affirmations are listed as bonus episodes in the Better With Paul podcast.
