How to Master Body Language.
It’s well established by researchers that if you can effectively read and interpret body language, and manage how others perceive you, you’ll have greater success in life than those who lack this skill.
I’ve personally witnessed this to be the case in countless business meetings, where I’ve watched those with superior body language skill control discussions and direct outcomes in their favor.
I have also witnessed this first hand in the dating services industry, where I watched those with mastered body language skill control the length, direction, and success of their dates.
I have even witnessed this in social settings at conferences, where those with adept body language skill establish connections with strangers faster than others.
We all use body language (or what’s called non-verbal communication) in every aspect of our lives. Whether we’re aware or not, our gestures, movements, and expressions deliver specific messages. According to professor Emeritus of Psychology at UCLA, Dr. Albert Mehrabian, 93 percent of our communication is non verbal.
It’s not what you say but how you say it that’s most important.
It’s for this reason the mastery of body language is so critical.
Four of the best researchers on this subject are Joe Navarro, who wrote What Every Body Is Saying, Allan & Barbara Pease who wrote The Definitive Book of Body Language, and Dr. David Craig who wrote LIE Detecting 101: A Comprehensive Course in Spotting Lies and Detecting Deceit.
In this 90-minute webinar, followed by Q&A, I'll break down the key lessons from each book as well as what I've learned on my personal journey of Body Language mastery. You’ll learn how to “speed-read” people: decode sentiments and behaviors, avoid hidden pitfalls, and look for deceptive behaviors. You’ll walk away from this webinar knowing how your body language can influence what your boss, family, friends, and strangers think of you.
